Something isn't working — what do I do?

Quick answer

Most problems are the level’s rules: exact hands from level 5, a timer from level 8. If something is still wrong, email support.

My answer was close but marked wrong

  • From level 5 the hands must be exact.
  • Use the − and + arrows to set the last minute.
  • Check the short hand too. It must point at the right hour.

The hands won’t drag

  • They lock while a message is up. Tap the button on the message first.
  • Use the arrows instead. Hour and Minute each have − and +.

The timer is too fast

  • The timer starts at level 8. It gets shorter each level.
  • It never goes under 10 seconds.

It’s too hard or too easy

  • The start level comes from the player’s age.
  • Each finished day moves up one level.

Did I lose my points?

  • Points are saved when a day ends, when you tap Stop for now, or when you tap the X.
