Something isn't working — what do I do?

Quick answer

Most problems are the game’s rules: the tray needs a coin before you can give change, and upgrades need enough coins. If something is still wrong, email support.

I can’t tap Give change or Pay

  • The tray is empty. Tap at least one coin in the Till first.
  • A message is up. Tap its button first.

My change was marked wrong

  • The tray total must match exactly.
  • Check the total on the tray before you tap.
  • Tap a coin on the tray to take it off. Or tap Undo.

I can’t buy an upgrade

  • Not enough coins. The price button is grey.
  • Already bought. It says Owned.

The timer is too fast

  • The timer starts at level 8. It gets shorter each level.
  • It never goes under 10 seconds.

It’s too hard or too easy

  • The start level comes from the player’s age.
  • Each finished shift moves up one level.

Did I lose my points?

  • Points are saved when a shift ends, when you tap Stop for now, or when you tap the X.
