How do I build a Dashboard?
Quick answer
Open the Dashboard tab, tap Add keys, page through Companion and tap the keys you want. They stay on one screen, from any page.
What it is
- Your own page. Keys from any Companion page, on one screen.
- Live. The keys show what Companion draws and press like normal keys.
Add keys
- Connect first. Offline, it says Connect to Companion first.
- Open Dashboard.
- Tap Add keys.
- Use the arrows to move between pages.
- Tap a key to add it. Tap again to take it off.
- Tap Done.
Remove keys
- Tap Edit.
- Tap the minus on a key.
- Tap Done.
Needs Companion 5
- Satellite subscriptions must be on in Companion’s settings.
- Without it the app says This Companion can’t share keys with a Dashboard.
Share it
- Tap Share to give some keys to another phone.
- See Operator mode.
