How do I group recordings and find one by what was said?

Groups

• Make a group: tap the folder pill at the top of the list, then Manage Groups… › New Group.
• Move a recording: swipe it right, or press and hold it, then Move to Group.
• See one group: tap the folder pill and pick it. All recordings shows everything.
• Rename or delete: in Manage Groups…, press and hold a group.
• Deleting a group keeps its recordings. They go back to All recordings.

Find a recording by what was said

• Type words from the meeting in the search box at the top of the list — like unicorn pizza.
• Each result shows the recording and the time it was said.
• Tap a result: the recording opens and plays from that moment.
• No exact match? Recordings with most of your words show as Close match.

With Siri and Spotlight

• Say “Find a Recap recording”. Siri asks what was said.
• Spotlight finds recordings by their transcript too.
