How do I record a meeting?
Quick answer
Tap the round record button. While it records you can tap Highlight, take a Photo, type notes and pick the meeting type. Tap Stop to save.
Record
- Tap the round button on the home screen.
- The recording screen opens. The timer and voice wave show it is working.
- Tap Stop when you are done.
- The recording’s page opens. Its title is the date and time — tap it to rename.
While it records
- Pause — stops the recording for a moment. Resume carries on in the same file.
- Highlight — marks this moment.
- Photo — snap a whiteboard or slide. Recap reads the text.
- Your notes — type names, decisions, to-dos. Your notes lead the summary.
- Meeting type (top right) — General, 1:1, Sales call, Stand-up, Lecture or Interview. It shapes the notes.
