- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The steps to make it happen again, if you can find them.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version, both in Settings under General, then About.
- A screenshot, if there’s anything to see.
Never send your password, verification code, or recovery credentials. We will never ask for them.
