What do I need to run Team Assist?

Team Assist needs:

• An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later. It also installs and runs on iPad, though it’s designed first for iPhone.
• You to be 18 or over — see who can use Team Assist.
• The Apple Account your device is already signed into. There’s no separate Team Assist account; your information follows that Apple Account — see how your identity works.

An internet connection is needed for anything that involves someone else — syncing to another device, connected parents and athletes, and chat.

Apple Watch. The Watch companion is a Run Playbook remote. It needs an Apple Watch running watchOS 11.6 or later, paired to the iPhone running Team Assist, and the Apple Watch Remote option turned on in Tools → Labs — see Apple Watch, the widget, and sharing.

Android isn’t available.
