What do packages, credits and the Finance tile mean?

Last updated

Quick answer

Packages lists every package your coach sold you, with credits used and left. Finance shows what is outstanding, any open payment request, and every payment recorded. A payment request also sits in Needs Attention on Home until it is settled.

On Home

  • The Packages tile shows how many credits are left across all of the athlete’s packages — for example “75 credits left” — and a badge with the number of packages.
  • The Finance tile shows the outstanding total — for example “$500.00 outstanding”.
  • Needs Attention carries each open payment request: what it is for, who sent it, the amount and the due date — for example “$50.00 · Due Sep 6”. A package with no credits left shows up here too.

Packages

Tap the Packages tile. Packages are grouped by coach or trainer, with a count next to each name. Every package card shows:

  • the package name and how many credits are used — “12 of 12 used” (the second number is what the package was sold with, so a six-pack reads “of 6”);
  • a pill with credits left — “0 left”;
  • which coach or trainer it belongs to;
  • Paid, or Unpaid with the amount due — “Unpaid · $250.00 due”;
  • a warning when it is used up: “No credits remaining in this package.”

Finance

Tap the Finance tile. The screen shows:

  • Outstanding Balance at the top — the total you still owe.
  • Active Package — the package currently being drawn on, with its credits remaining and whether it is paid.
  • Payment Requests — only what is still open: anything your coach has asked you to pay and has not yet marked paid, or “No payment requests yet.” Once the coach marks it paid, its Pay Now card goes away.
  • Receipts — every payment recorded as paid, newest first: “Paid · $50.00 · Manual · Sep 4, 2026 · ". A paid request lands here as soon as the coach marks it paid.
  • Payment History — every payment and credit recorded, newest first, each with the amount, how it was paid and the date.

How credits move

A credit is used when a session finishes, not when it is booked. A package sold for one session type only covers sessions of that type — group credits pay for group sessions, one-on-one credits for one-on-ones.

Paying

Payment is arranged with your coach directly. Team Assist records what is owed and what has been paid; it does not take payments itself. When your coach marks a request paid, it leaves Needs Attention and appears under Payment History.
