Getting Started
How do I get started?
Open Chores and tap Create a Family (if you’re the parent setting it up) or Join a Family (if someone invited you). Then use the Home, Chores, Rewards and Activity tabs.
How To
How do I add my kids and family?
The Owner can tap Add Family Member for a child with no phone, or Invite Family Member to share a 6-character code or QR code for someone with their own device.
How do I make chores and mark them done?
A parent taps New Chore, picks who does it and how often, and taps Create. The child taps Mark Done; if approval is on, a parent taps Approve to give the points.
How do rewards and points work?
Parents make rewards with a point cost. Kids tap Redeem when they have enough points; if approval is on, a parent approves it on Home.
Problems & Contact
Something isn't working — what do I do?
Most problems are iCloud sync or an invite code. Try Sync Now and Refresh in Settings, check the fixes below, then email support.
